✅ Return Eligibility & Guidelines

  • Free return pickup for orders returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, returns will not be accepted. Verify eligibility at: jackobmartin.com/return-request..
  • Missing gifts/freebies must be returned with the product, or their full MRP will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shoes must be tried only on carpeted floors to avoid damage.
  • Products showing usage marks—scratches, wrinkles, wear—are not returnable.
  • Return in-store available at our Agra retail outlet.
  • “Final-call” or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

🛠️ Product Characteristics

Our products are handcrafted and hand-painted, so natural leather variations—grain, hue, and texture—are normal and not considered defects. Minor color differences may appear due to varying screen settings and handmade nature. Every item is unique, bearing the mark of the artisan, not the factory.

💸 Refund Guidelines

  • Cash-on-delivery refunds will only be made to bank accounts that match the customer name on the invoice.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency and region of the transaction.
  • Whenever possible, prepaid purchases may be refunded to the original payment method.

  2. Email product photos (including packaging) with your order ID to jackobmartin.care@gmail.com
  3. If your item passes visual inspection, we’ll schedule reverse pickup.
  4. Reverse logistics may take 3–5 business days.
  5. Upon arrival, we’ll inspect the product to ensure it is unused and undamaged.
  6. If the product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed in 3 business days.
